With 15 years as a Head Golf Professional, Debbie has led premier golf outings and spoken for leading firms such as Deutsche Bank, CME Group, and Morgan Stanley. She’s the founder of Golf Positive, a thriving performance company dedicated to confidence, leadership, and mindset mastery.
Her numerous accolades - including being named a Top 50 LPGA Teacher and receiving the Nancy Lopez Achievement Award - speak to her excellence and impact in the industry.

Tom lives on the west coast of Canada, near Vancouver, and has an 18 year old son Tyler.
Ray Pel
Ray is an accomplished professional who recently held the position of National Director of Growth at Real Broker, where he played a vital role in defining, coordinating, and executing the company's growth and expansion plan. With a remarkable tenure spanning over 30 years in management and ownership, Ray possesses an extensive skill set encompassing growth strategies, leadership, management, training, sales, and service excellence.
Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to renowned organizations, including Allstate Financial and Insurance, Keller Williams, National Fitness Corporation, and eXp Realty, as well as smaller to mid-sized companies such as Hart's Athletic Clubs, NRU, and regional fitness chains.
In his prior role as VP of Growth, Ray demonstrated his exceptional abilities by driving substantial revenue growth for a prominent health and fitness consulting firm. Under his astute leadership, the company successfully expanded its reach from a regional presence to a national scale. Ray's expertise in overseeing the acquisition of new corporate accounts and his reputation as a turnaround specialist have solidified his standing as a highly effective business leader.
In addition to his impressive corporate experience, Ray boasts a two decade background as a broker specializing in the sale of residential, commercial and real estate development in the thriving Seattle area. His in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics, combined with his exceptional negotiation skills, have consistently delivered outstanding results for his clients.
